We at Advance Valves firmly believe that it is vitally important to give back to the communities in which we live and work.Corporate Social Responsibility has become an integral part of the Advance Valves’ philosophy and is the cornerstone of our core values for being a good Corporate Citizen.

We define Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as making socially responsible products, engaging in socially responsible employee relations and making a commitment to the community around it.

Our CSR objectives include maintaining top notch ethical and business practices: safety, health and well-being of our employees and those around us; energy conservation measures, conservation of water, waste management and community engagement. Undertaking these activities will surely enable a brighter future for our employees and their families.

We have initiated health care programs for our employees and sponsored education for their children.

We also contribute both money and time to institutions and organizations that serve people all over the world, helping to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the global community. Our ultimate aim is to do our bit towards making the world a better place to live in

Some of these initiatives are

CHILD WELFARE

Financial support to APNA GHAR run by Narayan Sewa Samiti - an Orphanage supporting child development from Adivasi Area of Udaipur, Rajasthan. This institution supports 150 orphan children in the age group from 6 to 18 residing in Udaipur hills. They take care of their living, food, development and enable their integration with the society by educating them in regular schools.

Advance Valves has also sponsored various activities organized by Children Education Society, New Delhi.

This society has been working in the field of Child development through Education and Skill Development. Their main focus is on underprivileged/ handicapped/ orphan children to make them self- reliant.

Advance Valves has adopted Maharaja Agrasen Saraswati Shishu Mandir School, Braj Ghat (Garh Mukteshwar, U.P.) for the upliftment of the school for Education and other facilities. The support has helped the school to set up its Science Lab; upgrade its Sanitation facilities, sports facilities and education infrastructure. This school is currently teaching children from nearby rural areas from class 6th to 10th standard. Total strength is 200 children.

POOR DIS-ABLED & ABANDONED PEOPLE SUPPORT

Advance Valves has been regularly supplying its products to the Oil and Gas, Refineries and Petrochemical, Power, Water, Fertiliser, Steel, and HVAC sectors. Today, Advance Valves interacts with all the major clients and EPC’s both in the domestic markets as well as globally.

OLD AGE SUPPORT

Advance Valves has contributed to Age-Care Society, New Delhi. This society is helping below-the-poverty-line elderly population to live with dignity by running Old Age Homes.The company has contributed to “The Earth Saviours Foundation” (Old Age Home) , Delhi helping Senior Citizens get their home back. The company has contributed for the construction of insulated shelter under The Earth Saviours Foundation, Gurgaon, Haryana for abandoned senior citizens and disabled people.

The company also supports two other Old Age Homes directly at Noida and other places.

Natural Disaster
Support

The company donated 4200 blankets to Kashmir Flood Victims through the Army Command. The company has also contributed towards supporting the victims of Uttarakhand Flood.
