Dual Plate Check Valves

The Dual Check Plate Valve is an all-purpose non return valve that is much stronger, lighter and smaller in size compared to a conventional swing check valve.
The Dual Plate Check Valves design is the result of attempts to solve the problems associated with the swing check valve and lift check valve. It employs two spring-loaded plates hinged on a central hinge pin. When the flow decreases, the plates close by a torsion spring action without requiring reverse flow.
This design by the dual plate check valve manufacturer offers the twin advantages of No Water Hammer and Non-Slam simultaneously. All features are put together to make the Dual Plate Check Valve as well as the Wafer Type Check Valves one of the most efficient designs. It is also referred to as the SILENT CHECK VALVE or WAFER CHECK VALVES or NON RETURN VALVE.

FAQ's

A dual check is a type of valve that allows fluid to flow in only one direction, preventing backflow. It has two disc-shaped plates that open and close in response to the direction of flow. Dual check valves are commonly used in plumbing and industrial applications to prevent contamination of water or other fluids.

To ensure the proper functioning of a dual check valve, it is essential to purchase it from a reliable dual plate check valve manufacturer. They use high-quality materials and adhere to strict quality standards to ensure that their valves are durable, efficient, and reliable.

A dual check valve is a type of backflow prevention device that is used to protect the potable water supply from contamination. It works by allowing water to flow in one direction but preventing it from flowing back in the opposite direction. This is especially important in situations where there is a risk of cross-connection, such as in irrigation systems or commercial kitchens.

The valve is typically installed at the service entrance to a building or at the point of use where the risk of backflow is the greatest. It is designed to be reliable and easy to maintain, with minimal moving parts and no external power source required.
