As we sail across 2004, Manufacturing and Production developments continue to be a part, in terms of higher ratings, larger sizes, exotic metallurgy, special seat materials, etc. Below is a glimpse of some of the bigger orders executed successfully by Advance Valves recently. All these valves were completely engineered and processed in-house at the infrastructure base of the group.

1400mm Single Piece Cast Dual Plate Check Valves for Larsen & Toubro

Advance Valves executed an order for 1400mm (2 Nos.) and 1000mm (5 Nos.) Dual plate check valves for Larsen & Toubro, Chennai for Vizag Water Supply project. The valves successfully passed Seat and Shell test under the inspection of Tata Consulting Engineers and Larsen & Toubro.

The 1400mm and 1000m valves were completely processed in-house and within 16 weeks. These valves are being commissioned and installed in Godvari Basin Pump House scheme for Raw water Transmission

Valves are specially designed for a full opening velocity of 2 m/s.

PTFE seated Triple Offset High Performance Butterfly Valves for Praxair India.

Another major supplies of Advance Valves include 24”, 14”, 12”, 10”, 6” and 4” PTFE zero leak bi-directional seated Triple Offset Butterfly Valves to Praxair India limited for Birla Copper project for HOT AIR application.

1200mm metal seated Triple offset High performance Seated Butterfly Valves for Essar Steel.

Recently Advance Valves Executed a big order for Essar Steel’ s expansion project, which includes supplies of 9 Metal Seated butterfly valves for high temperature application up to 550 deg. Celsius in 48”, 32” and 12” sizes. These valves are employed in their Cold Rolling and Coiling Mill for Hot Industrial Gases medium.

All these valves were completely engineered and processed in-house at the infrastructure base of the group.
