Advance Balancing Valves are primarily used in the Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning (HVAC) industry sector, for chilled water, glycol or brine solution as the main media. These valves are in the size range of 1” – 24” with a pressure rating of PN 16. The Valve Design Standard complies with DIN 3202 / BS 7570. Material of construction ranges from gun-metal to Cast Iron.
Advance Valves provide a Hydronic balancing system for conservation of energy in the HVAC system. Extensive work has been done to develop and provide controls at various levels for automated building climate control management.
A balanced hydronic system means that all the units/sections are able to receive / achieve design conditions as the plant is commissioned, meaning thereby that design assumptions for piping, valves, control valves, coil pressure drops, pump and layout changes, etc. are taken care of during commissioning, testing and balancing exercise. Internationally, this exercise is carried out by an independent TAB agency.
