Product Information: 1900mm Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valves supplied to Technip |

We are pleased to advise our patrons that we have this year, manufactured and shipped possibly the largest Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valves out of India having a NB of 1700 and 1900 mm. Even bigger valves up to 2200 mm are in execution.
These valves have been supplied to Technip, Italy for the Flare Gas Unit for a very prestigious Oil Refinery Project in Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, these valves are motorized – i.e. fitted with Electric Actuators sourced from France. Advance Valves maintains its leadership in these products since the start made about 15 years back. |

As further evidence of the faith which our clients put in our products, pictured alongside are special hub-ended Dual Plate Check Valves (DPCVs). Valves supplied were of various sizes from 2” to 10” ANSI # 2500 CE compliant.
The metallurgy consisted of Duplex 4A along with low temperature Carbon Steels and again is meant for a prestigious Off-shore project in the North Sea |

Cryogenic Valves for GS Petrofac |

Another high end supply during this period was the manufacture and supply of a 36” # 300 DPCV for Cryogenic applications down to -196 Deg. C.
The EPC here was a JV between Petrofac & GS E & C, and the unit is a mega NGL project located in the UAE.
Pictured on the left is the Cryo testing in progress.
Now, Advance Valves is equipped with extensive testing facility for Cryogenic Valves up to 60”. This test set-up complements the product range covering Dual Plate Check Valves as well as Triple Offset Metal Seated Butterfly Valves up to these sizes. |

Projects Going Live! |

HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) has recently announced the successful commissioning of its state-of-the-art 9 million metric tonnes per annum Guru Gobind Singh Refinery (GGSR) at Bathinda in Punjab. The refinery is an energy-efficient, environment-friendly, high distillate yielding complex comprising single point mooring 7 km in the sea at Mundra, Gujarat and has been built at a cost of about $4 billion. It has a crude oil terminal at Mundra with a cross-country pipeline of 1,017 km from Mundra to Bathinda connecting various intermediate pumping stations. It also has a captive power plant of 165 MW capacity and petrochemical unit producing polypropylene.
We are proud to have supplied a significant number of Dual Plate Check Valves, Butterfly Valves soft seated and high pressure Triple Offset Butterfly Valves for this project. These included high pressure valves, including 12” #900, 14” #900 Buttweld, 16” #900 Buttweld, 12” #1500 Buttweld and 16” #1500. Advance Valves had the opportunity of supplying through multiple EPCs including EIL, while being appreciated from them as well.
Advance Valves is also in the process of supplying valves from almost its entire range, including the High performance Triple Eccentric Valves up to 2200 mm and Dual Plate Check Valves for IOCL’s Paradip project. IOCL is in the setting up a 15 MTPA grass root refinery at Paradip. |

Training on Project Management |

A comprehensive 4-day training programme on Project Management was conducted by TUV Rheinland Training and Consulting for Senior and mid level officers of the Advance Valves Group. |
 |
This training was conducted to further strengthen the delivery process encompassing the Production, Procurement, Quality and other functions.
TUV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a member of TUV Rheinland Group – a leading provider of technial services worldwide.
This training programme encompassed the following subjects:
- Systematic vendor management
- Production Management based on Operations Research
- On-time delivery
- Statistical Methods for Quality Assessment
- Completion of projects/assignments within the stipulated time.

We are also pleased to advise our Clients that our largest plant today in operations at Himachal Pradesh, has been additionally approved for supplies by two Industry giants in India, including EIL and BHEL, thus encompassing the Oil & Gas to Power Sectors.
For this plant, Our Dual Plate Check Valves (DPCV) has also been approved by the Central Boilers Board in compliance of The Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) Act! |
