| The financial year 02-03(ended 31st March) saw Advance Valves achieve a
year on year growth rate of 27%. This was mainly due toour entry in new
markets globally and the continued support from our customers and team
members. |

| In the years ahead, Advance Valves is focusing on global
markets as part of its growth strategy. We now have a new address in the
Special Economic Zonein Noida with full-fledged manufacturing facility
and support facility for our extended range of product offerings over
and above our existing three plants in Noida, NCR (U.P), and one in State
of Himachal. |

| On the Quality front, Advance Valves has recently been
audited for " CE-Marking
in April by Bureau Veritas with positive results. The formal
certification is expected shortly. Not resting on our laurels, we have
in house facilities to carry out several activities including. |
